Customer was using a Spanish version of Windows XP and needed assistance configuring Spybot Search and Destroy. Customer had a very mild outbreak of spyware.
PC has Spy-ware infection. Every time client clicks on a link or opens a browser she gets a bogus infection message gets hijacked to a pay site to remove the bogus virus.
